These terms govern your use of lookd.com and its free browser tools. LOOKD is run by Due North Marketing in Ontario, Canada. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Use of the tools

You may use the tools for lawful personal or business work. You are responsible for the files you select, the rights needed to edit and share them, the text you enter, and any files you download or publish. Do not use the site to infringe rights, break the law, attack the site, or interfere with others. The tools do not create rights in third-party photos, fonts, logos, or other files.

Your files and output

You keep your rights in files you own and in the output made from them, subject to any rights held by others. The site's tools process selected files on your device. Check every finished file before you publish, print, rely on, or share it. Keep copies of your originals. Results can differ across browsers and devices, and some files may fail or lose detail, metadata, or transparency.

Site materials and access

LOOKD and Due North Marketing own or license the site's code, design, text, and branding. You may use the site as offered but may not claim that branding as your own. We may change, pause, or end any tool, page, or free access at any time. External links, ads, and third-party services have their own rules; we do not control their content.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and tools are supplied "as is" and "as available," with no promise of uninterrupted access, error-free output, fitness for a given task, or preservation of your data. Nothing on this site is professional legal, financial, medical, or technical advice. Check important results with a qualified professional.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Due North Marketing and the people who run LOOKD are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from use of the site. Any claim for direct loss related to the free site is limited to the amount you paid us to use LOOKD in the 12 months before the claim, except where applicable law does not permit that limit. These terms do not exclude rights or duties that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Law and contact
